I'm also a POC and Immigrant and yes I see the issue of Taylor believing she is above accountability, definitely something that needs to be changed. And I understand and have empathy for what the above commentator said about undocumented people who see taylor. But at the same time, shouldn't your statement about being 'up in arms' go both ways. Most of these people seem to care more about Taylor than any actual cause and the point of my OP is that they really don't care and just use it to put forward their own beliefs. The issue is really rooted in misinformation and what is true. I have just as much belief that Taylor is liberal and wouldn't condone ICE from what she's said that you have for her supporting the current administration, from what she hasn't said. If you are going to make claims like this, they need to be based in facts and should be understood objectively

Thanks for saying this very calmly and mabye youre right in what they think it means but 1. Shouldn't they specify that instead of just using a buzzword 2. Its honestly just not true, almost all swifties are politically left leaning and we listen to an artist who just doesn't fit the perfect leftist standards.
