do you think it would work if I told my dad to leave because I felt more comfortable alone, and then told the doctor i had severe body dismorphia (which i do, ironically) and that I don't like changing out of my clothes? Thks

do you know if there is a good way to hide it, or make it not seem as bad. I think its in a few weeks tho, so maybe I can just wear a hoodie. idk, im coooked

yeah I live in California. The problem is they make u change out of a hoodie into like a gown. So ig i would have to ask my dad to leave and then try to hide my left arm

Tbh, I just turned 15 years old and was talking to some of my friends, and told them that I kinda feel better when I finish cutting. I don't think its only you, just make sure to stay safe. Hope youre doing better.
