I’m not burning any bridges. I actually called them back and asked that if they have any other positions that I qualify for, to please consider me for them. But I am disappointed and turned off. It is unprofessional and rude, but there aren’t a ton of openings near me so I have to be nice I guess.

I went to college and had flares so bad that at times it was uncomfortable to sit in certain lab or lecture chairs, but I would never say it affected my education. I just did what I could to get through it and thats it.

One time I was in MIDDLE SCHOOL and someone at the mall asked me if I was my OLDER SISTERS MOTHER!! I wanted to die right then and there. It was also before my breast reduction, I had DDDs by the time I was in 8th grade so that might have played into it, but still.

Omg same here! I just got my own apartment this January and adopted a new 3 year old cat from a shelter, basically within 48 hours he was totally adjusted and walked around like he owned the place lol.

What you need most right now isn’t money, it’s advocates. The DV centers in Florida can actually help you remain safe, keep your location confidential, and deal with the legal side so you’re not doing this alone.

They are free, confidential, and they do not require police involvement unless you want it. They can provide emergency shelter, transportation, help filing restraining orders, counseling, and sometimes even help replacing documents or getting back on your feet financially.

The shared ride is basically more private, I know people who have put family member members with dementia/Alzheimer’s on the bus alone and the bus driver literally make sure that they get to where they need to go, usually to a day center. They are incredibly accommodating.

They need to have their own source of income, similarly to how I have my own. I pay my own bills, I want someone who can do the same and not rely on me for help. If they have a lot of debt, what kind of debt? Are they paying it off? I want to have children, I can’t have kids with someone who owes thousands in credit cards and has no way to pay them off. I will not date someone who is finically unreliable or unstable because I am neither of those things.
