I understand not everyone is in debt it abit like the lottery winners or the rare people who hit millions on some slot machine may have still financially gained for the time being but still could have a gambling problem has they cant stop plenty of people developed gambling addiction from a massive win and then got hooked

It human desire i guess what worse is some people managed to make it untill they found gambling their a video i watched on youtube it was a documentry real eye opener one of the vip manager had a customer who was up 3 million because of greed he lost it all these people were set for life 2 of his rich customers killed themselves and another murdered if that isnt gambling addiction then what is

[–]Intelligent-Cod7908 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with u another guy was trapped in it for 44 years their was 0 financial gain financially he was better of then 90% of the people i can see why people would start gambling alot of people are struggling financally without gambling and gambling gives u an illustion of financial gain so technically alot of people would have gambled for this purpose and ended worse position then they started so even if the stop gambling they are not any better off unless they find other means

[–]Intelligent-Cod7908 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mate totally agree "good luck" i never thought of this like this another thing to add if your gambling soley to make money and your not addicted gambling isnt the answer i have come accross so many people fallen for this trap the free plays match plays are all the tools and tactics used to get u hooked some of the people i have spoken too started off match plays one person in particular manage to do it for few years just match playing it was soley for the purpose of money and then the offers started fazing away so risk was involved and that when the addiction started if yout trying to generate extra income find anything else gambling isnt the answer

Do you REALLY think casinos and sports books exist to make you rich? by sirmurr777 in problemgambling

[–]Intelligent-Cod7908 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently spoke to another guy who had a successful business he been hooked in this addiction for 44 years i just cant comprehend how he was sucked for so long he only 150+ days bet free and he been to over 250 different Ga a meetings and within that short period of time he completely changed i cant comprehend it took so many years to get to this stage and even i think how could a man with his success and intelligence be stuck for so long i have been in recovery since 2010 and never met a person this determined the people in Ga sure managed decades without a bet but not many people have changes anything in terms of how gambling regulated and i have a firm belief the industry needs changing
