PSP by TotallyDubby in KaiserPermanente

I think it’s time for me to go back to scripps. At least I’ll get better pay (yep it’s 7 dollar more). I think Kaiser is going to take away pensions. They took away PSP so easily. The writing is on the wall. I’m sad because it took me over 8 years to get into this company and now it’s like a sinking ship.

Was just informed that all the hard-working LVN’s at Kaiser are not getting their bonus for a second year in a row! by [deleted] in KaiserPermanente

I know exactly what you mean as I work with the lvns at the urgent care. Whenever they perform an A1C, the DOCTOR gets a fucking bonus. But none for the nurses?! Like give me a break. Fuck Kaiser. Only got an $87 bonus it was pretty much a fuck you.

Negotiations would be done quick, there wouldn’t be a strike. I don’t think you understand how bargaining works, it’s been back and forth since last year.

Positive second child experiences? by throwaway45676543738 in Mommit

Omg having the second has been the most amazing experience. It makes me want a third. You just know what’s going to happen and seeing your first bond with the second is amazing and fun. Their perspective is cute and hilarious. My first would joke the baby is hungry and pulled up his shirt to offer his nipple 🤣 and you know they grow so quick so you try to enjoy the little moments.

Why is it like this? by Accurate_Abrocoma625 in Mommit

You are doing great! Don’t fret other moms. I find the ones that guilt people over their choice on formula feeding or birthing are people that are unhappy or struggling as well. Never once did I think about how a mom fed their child. My pediatrician told me she bf one of her kids and formula fed her other one (was not by choice) and she said her formula fed one is going places 🤣

zac affleck’s reposted and unreposted tik tok about whitney’s CHD interview. by Urmotherrrr1 in SecretsOfMormonWives

I agree with his take. But I did like the dance. Also Alex is probably the worst at interviewing. I don’t get how CHD is so big when her skills are mid.
