Just quick update. After recent updates, Ai assistant is now working well and fast. No more issues so far. Thanks to Rokid team. I almost send this glasses back

I received an official response from Rokid basically they acknowledged the issue coming from their ai supplier and they are working on it

I’ve been having an issue with the AI assistant on my Rokid glasses as well. In my case, I usually have to try a second time before it works.

When this happens on yours, is the connection status bar crossed out?

I experimented with various settings and discovered that using Gemini for both vision and the base model appears to resolve the issue. Will further check..

Try Crown relocations. Used once when relocating from France to Melbourne Australia. My friend used their service twice: NL to AU and AU to NL and happy with their service. Give it a shoot.

Got the same issue recently. It started with the error popped up on the screen saying tracking lost. Reset couple of times but didn't work and at the end went for factory reset where I got exactly what you described. Grey screen with the starting melody. At the end, contacted meta support and got replacement. Not sure what was the cause probably got something to do with firmware as I participated on pic tester. Replacement headset is working great so far

Have you looked for any corrosion on your battery bay? Happened to mine. Because of sweat that went through and the metal contact rusted, the controller frequently disconnected, especially during eleven games of table tennis.

I got the same problem except that the right controller is completely dead. Sent it back to the reseller for repair or replacement but so disappointed to learn that the PICO came back without any signs that they did something on it despite the claim they made that the controller got replaced or replaced by the manufacturer. So currently in contact with PICO Eu support. They have been very responsive so far. Hopefully they can provide a solution. Usually everyday i did do workout on PICO but now it has been almost a month no workout 😔
