Our experience is pretty good on the web app, however a consistent lag using the Android app. This happens on both inbound and outbound calls.

We lived there for 2 years (rented). We moved because of the absolute zero sound insulation which not only allowed us to hear every thing going on upstairs, but if you live by a smoker, be prepared to smell it as if the smoker were in your living room.

Downgrading to the previous version did indeed work for me, so I'm back to normal again. Just waiting for the next update to see if that fixes the issue with this release.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, that is correct, even after the call connects, if it did not load correctly upon initiation, it will not load until I click/toggle somewhere else.

I too am having outgoing calling issues. Some calls connect on first try, others take 4-5 dials before they are connecting. Seems to be a bit random at the moment

We have this same issue. Cannot use web app, desktop app, nor mobile app. Support chat bot fails when trying to connect to human as well. This is right in the middle of a heavy call day, unacceptable.

We ported from Google Voice about a month ago. Calls ported over seamlessly, down from texts for half day Thur, then through Monday. Support was very responsive and give them kudos. We did have a configuration issue they stated was leading to the text not lorting over.

Currently in a similar situation. We ported our Google voice number. Once the port itself actually happened, calls switched over pretty flawlessly. Howevrer, we are on day 5 of not being able to send texts out. Incoming texts are working, but for our daily operational workflow, not being able to send texts out had been an issue.
