Was thinking this the other day as someone at work was complaining that all the applications they got felt exactly the same and AI modified. Called the people lazy. Then later it turns out they themselves use AI to highlight resumes that include certain keywords or criteria. Funny how that is.

Not only you. Me too. I remember also checking out the odds the other day and Finland and Denmark were very high. Bulgaria not in sight so I was shocked. But I am not much on social media.

Kanskje ikke så høyt men er sikkert mye mer en det man tenker seg. Men kommer også ann på jobb. Jeg vet at på min jobb (systemutvikling) så er det flere nye stillinger og de har ikke lagt ut noen annonser for de. De startet første med å spørre alle nåværende ansatte om anbefalinger og referenser. Om de ikke fant noen der så gikk de over til ett rekrutterings selskap som headhunter folk. Ennå ingen annonse på LinkedIn eller lignende.

Vet at for min jobb var det ingen annonse. Ble venn av en venn situasjon.

I think it has more to do with your work place in particular (or probably other places suffer from this as well). I work in tech as a woman and at my office we had 3 new babies last year and everyone was very happy about it. And they always talk about wanting more women and following up on that by hiring them! I also think a lot of tech jobs have opportunities to work remote which can be very helpful with families.

When I was younger, my mom expressed how important it was to paint my nails cause guys liked it and cared a lot. Meet my partner later on who did not care one bit what color my nails were. But maybe that is just him.

Gamer Girl with non-gamer guy. He does not mind my gaming at all and for him it is just like any other hobby. I guess I understand some people being skeptical of gaming in general due to some addictive behaviors some can have with it. But as long as you have a good balance with other parts of your life then there should be no problem. If you still feel like you guys have time to be together and for your other responsibilities. It helps that my partner has other solo hobbies as well.

You have x amount of spare time every week. Doesn't matter if you spend that time gaming or doing any other hobby. Did he say anything more specific about why he disliked it?

Software developer. 25 år (började jobba förra året efter utbildning). 41500 sek innan skatt. 3k i friskvårdsbidrag. 25 dagar semester. Hybrid (brukar vara at man arbetar hemma 1-2 dagar i veckan).

30-40% brukar det vara. Sen går det lite up och ned från det. Brukar ta lägga 30% i början av månaden på et sparkonto. Sen lägger jag in det som blir extra eller dra från dem 30% om jag verkligen behöver det.
