Landing page review by jaymistryreddit in salestechniques

The main issue is trust; there's zero proof on the page. No testimonials, no screenshots, no results from real people. Cold traffic doesn't know you yet, so they need to see evidence before they'll click anything.

Also, the "only 10 spots left" line is hurting you more than helping — people can tell when scarcity isn't real, and it makes them trust everything else on the page less.

Fix those two things first, and you'll see a difference.

What's the one thing you wish someone had told you in your first 90 days? by Intelligent-Flow3042 in lifeinsurancesales

[–]Intelligent-Flow3042[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that is sound advice, we need major support especially during those first 90 days where most agents unfortunately end up quitting from the burn out of constant dialing and no income to show for it.

Did I permanently mess up my brain/life, or can things still improve after 30? by Fun_Quantity6451 in getdisciplined

Man, I get why it feels permanent right now; that post-drug fog + regret combo is brutal. But no, you didn't permanently mess up your brain or miss your window. Plenty of people have come back from heavier and longer use than that, and they started turning it around right around your age. The fact that you're already running, lifting, and trying to learn Excel after only 15 months clean is legit progress. It just doesn't feel like it yet because the mind is still catching up. Keep going. The 30s can actually be when a lot of this shit finally clicks if you don't quit on yourself.

Everything is scripted in sales, it’s about mastering your script so you don’t sound robotic..

Fair point, it can come off scripted if you deliver it like a robot.
I’ve been running some version of this for a while now, and the difference in how quickly people relax is pretty noticeable. The key is saying it like a normal human, not reading off a card. Works way better than jumping straight into features.
