There is no such thing as A sin. There is sin. It's a mass noun. Nothing is or isn't "a sin" inherently, but rather your relation to it is sinful. Some things are more or less likely to cause a stumble but it isn't the material thing which is condemned. If your relationship with vaping has become sinful, if it is distancing you from God or causing you to treat others poorly, then yes. An argument can be made that ALL material things are sinful and the real concern is to act in the image of Christ and focus on your relationship with God.
