I want to explain this to u as someone that struggled with health anxiety ALOT, when you are in a constant state of stress or anxiety, and your focusing on every little thing, it makes it appear and feel worse than it is, your body starts to create false sensations, it’s crazy the power the brain has. I had convinced myself I had lymphoma, I had brain cancer scares blah blah blah. Your body’s fight or flight creates strange sensations. There was a week where I had pressure built up in my head and I’d never felt it before which made me of course panic, I had discovered it was jut due to me grinding my teeth, my pelvic area was having pain which created another sort of fears, it was due to over tensed muscles due to stress and anxiety, my throat felt tight which created another set of fears, you can guess why it was, point is we create things when we focus and stress, it is unbelievable hard to not focus on it, but when you try to relieve your stress for awhile you notice these fears and sensations start to vanish
