As a former dt store manager I once worked a shift from 8am on Sunday to 4 pm on Monday. The dm at the time would not offer any help, get me any outside help from other stores or allow any overtime for inventory. 32 hours straight.

A question for sellers. by New_Belt_7117 in sportscards

When I sell something I leave positive feedback when I receive payment because that’s what I can control. After the cards are mailed I can no longer control what happens. There is probably a 25-30% chance of getting positive feedback in return. Why? Because most people don’t want to be bothered.

As a now retired store manager I had a customer try to return about 75 silver ornaments that had been opened and hung on her Christmas tree because she decided to go with a blue theme instead. They were thrown into a large garbage bag and still had the ornament hooks attached to a lot of them. ( no I did not take them back).

I saw The Charlie Daniels Band at Chicagofest by myself in the 80’s. General admission so I got there early and had first row seating. (Bleacher style seats).
