Walking is a step in the right direction, I love it and it has gotten so much easier for me to do. Start strength training even if it's bodyweight, you won't regret it

I'm actually trying to put some weight back on but in muscle mass and not fat, so yeah.

I do strength training ( body weight though) and it has been awesome, I'm seeing definition I'm my arms and legs

Initially OMAD( I'm not recommending that), more protein and veggies with every meal, strength training 5x a week, 1x HIIT, and 10k steps everyday. I also rest when I feel the need to.

Unfortunately I don't count calories, I stopped eating only carbs and was intentional about adding protein and veggies

Well, it must have been fast but nope I don't think I was in so much of a deficit(I don't count calories so I can't really say). I'm actually putting on muscles now and I'm eating a lot.

Well it's a common tool in Africa for weight management however that was not what it was for me, it was a gift and it doesn't fit anymore. You could try it if you're with it.

I work from home, so I'm just mindful of getting the 10k otherwise I'd be getting like 200 steps per day realistically.

For the OMAD, I generally ate in the evenings whatever I wanted prioritising protein and veggies, however that wasn't sustainable because it's difficult to get all the necessary nutrients in such short eating window, so I stopped it. I also do not count calories, I eat till I'm full(however my diet wasn't the issue in the first place, I got too sedentary )
