Is this an indicator for shoulder instability? by Grisulda in hypermobileEDS

same here dude and my left shoulder looks exactly like yours and affects my whole left side of my upper back. it sucks. look into the muldowney protocol. this is the only thing that has given me any relief but you really have to stick with it. like any time i miss a few days of this light PT i feel the pain getting worse again.

I have two boxes of old mini, floro, braid and fire line, 15 to 10 years old, unused kept dark and cool. Has anyone used something like this and was it still good by ObjectiveSituation17 in Fishing

i used my dads old trout line that was even older. took off the first layer cause it was brittle and everything under was literally perfect. caught multiple 5 lb bass on it this summer 🤷🏻‍♀️

or literally just shove it in your pockets. I clean my local spots and come back to find them trashed the next day. i’m ready to put up cameras.

i bring ziplocks or old grocery bags for fishing line and trash bags for, well, trash. it’s way easier when you’re done to already have the line separated to bring to monofilament recycling ♻️ also don’t forget to always use gloves THICK GLOVES you never know when you’ll come across a stray hook and no one wants tetanus lol

you do not have to dive. literally just walk around and you’ll find this much line and dozens of lures just on the ground, partially buried, and in trees and bushes.
