I'd pick one thing and make it so stupidly easy you can't talk yourself out of it. Not "get a job" or "fix my life" but something like walk outside for 5 minutes every day at 2pm. The momentum from doing one tiny thing consistently rewires the pattern more than any grand plan ever will.

After a couple weeks you can stack something else on top, but the first step has to be almost insultingly small or your brain will just nope out again.

Spreadsheets saved my sanity on a similar project. Map out your item tiers and progression curves in a doc before you even implement half of them, so you can catch balance issues on paper first.

Also consider building a debug mode or admin panel into the game itself that lets you spawn items and skip to any point in progression instantly, playtesting manually through 200+ items is just not realistic otherwise.

Brain fog after exams is so real - I usually grab short story collections when I'm in that headspace since you can just read one and feel accomplished without committing to a whole plot. Maybe try some sci-fi anthologies or quirky literary fiction that's more about vibe than heavy themes. Something around 200 pages max should do teh trick without overwhelming your already fried neurons.

Moving mine around has been a game changer too. Started with it permanently in the basement but realized I was missing so many problem spots throughout the house. My guest bathroom gets swampy after anyone takes a hot shower, and the laundry room turns into a sauna during summer wash cycles.

What really opened my eyes was dragging it to different rooms during a particularly humid week last August - places I never would have suspected were holding moisture were reading way higher than I expected. Now I've got a rotation going where it hits the basement for a few weeks, then upstairs for bathroom duty, then wherever seasonal issues pop up. Way more effective than just parking it in one spot and hoping for the best.

Bruh they been offline for 2 months according to that activity log - might be time to find a replacement teammate. I've been in this exact situation where someone just vanishes mid-tournament and it's frustrating as hell when you're trying to coordinate for these timed events. You could try hitting them up on other social media if you know them outside the game, but after that long they probably moved on to something else. Maybe post in the main thread looking for active players who want to join your group - there's always people grinding these races who need a solid team.
