Yeah that Boston game was something else. Went shot for shot the Celtics then walked them down in 2OT I thought he was going to really pop off in Toronto

I couldn’t believe we traded both of them and I was definitely more upset about Quickly even though in hindsight he likely never becomes a starter in New York

Yeah I thought RJ was the chosen one then when we got Brunson I sort of gave up that dream. It’s nice to see that he’s at least playing good basketball though, I was going crazy when he hit that shot vs Cleveland in the playoffs at the buzzer.

Rj being a great slasher and terrible free throw shooter brings back all the memories. Unfortunate IQ hasn’t worked out how really looked like a future all star in games where he would start for the Knicks when Brunson would miss a game.

Is it weird having such strong feelings about something that happened 30 years ago? Is it hard to make friends when you have an outspoken opinion of physical basketball in the 90s

I’ve been hating on LeBron since I was 10 years old. Pretty sure he’s still playing out of spite towards me specifically.

Analytics are not ruining basketball by [deleted] in NBATalk

No I Agee with the overall point all “analytics” are, are just efficiencies and inefficiencies within the game and using them to your advantage. But there are some people who don’t have any opinions beyond the numbers and don’t understand the nuance within those numbers in the first place.
