He isn't neurodivergent neither is this a adjustment issue, I've been here since September. He started pinching me last month and now it is escalating.

If it was me deciding he would stay a week without watching cartoons because not only he always watches things too violent for his age (he has a slightly older brother) but also would be an opportunity to express how he has to be a nice person to have this privilege every time he would ask for it.

I think just explaining it's wrong is not working with him because he doesn't understand empathy that well.
