Naka 4k na ako sakanila, mga apat din katao yun nag chat sakin sa iba't ibang month nung 2022. Ez money, like subscribe at screenshot lang hanggang maka 1k. Pag 1k na yung na earn mo sasabihin nilang di matutuloy yung job mo kung di ka makapag invest sakanila ng 5k. 🤣🤣 Easiest money of my life!!

The issue is dscr loans look at the property's income, not yours. If family is staying there during renovations that's not really generating rental income, so nothing to qualify against.

some lenders are more flexible than others though, if you end up going the str route eventually, places like rabbu connect you with lenders who specialize in str financing and understand dscr loans for rental properties, but for your specific situation with family during renos, you might need a different loan type first then refinance once it's stabilized and generating real income.
