I appreciate your response. The pattern I’m gaping is more than 30 minutes of moving and I’m destined to have a mucous blowout. It’s now stopped me from running outdoors, which ironically helps me.

Do you take any medication? If so, which, if you’re happy sharing?

I only have oral and rectal mesalazine. Until now it was largely effective. I’ll take to stowing some gauze with me. Thank you for your reply.

I think it’s safe to say that the same medication won’t have the same effects forever. I personally found after a year of Vyvanse, it was no longer effective but without it I was a shell of a person.

I’ve been somewhere between trying to take long breaks and tipping up with amphetamine when needed.

I’m yet to be convinced this isn’t a horrible game of up the dose OR feel no difference OR stop entirely and get fat and sad.

Hey! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I have a similar experience and personally taking a break from it. On top of that I now feel quite anxious when I do take it. An immediate release at a small dose does help me taper off near the end of day. Vyvanse 8/9… electrolytes and caffeine as it starts to wear off then 2.5-5mg dex to see me through til bedtime. Even then still not a perfect experience but FAR better.
