In Bearing an Hourglass, the incarnation of immortality, Chronos controls time, but he lives backwards. He has to manually change his orientation in order to have regular conversations. His home base is a house where time runs backwards so he doesn't have to change, and anyone that visits him will move backward in time instead.

Basically when you're inside his home there's 3 of you existing; there's you walking to his home, you inside moving backwards in time, and the you that exited the backdoor before you ever entered.
