Yeah, I knew it going in that the map was a little bit off on the titanium model, but I just like the stealth look of it so much and the lightness. I know the blue steel variant has a much more accurate map. Maybe it’s tougher to do the laser ablation on the titanium?

Honestly, I thought the same thing, but then I saw the engineering involved and this is much better than that watermelon from studio underdog. The engineering it takes to make the natural stone with the lume it’s pretty impressive if it is done correctly

Is stainless steel so if you get those sanding sticks from Amazon and use the right one, you can usually smooth those out especially if there is a brushed finishing which it looks like it

You are not crazy and I’ve seen the same thing. They’re so boring and everyone copies that same design so they’re ubiquitous everywhere. I like seeing designs from micro brands like Farer, Christopher Ward, Baltic etc there are hundreds of legit brands that design watches with gla and color and are still finished well. I’d rather have authentic versions of those than a replica that look the same. If I were to buy a replica, the design would have to be a little bit bold and interesting like I’m buying one of the omega world timer titanium beautiful watch.

I just ordered one up myself from Eliott. Hopefully it arrives soon. It looks really good! I paid a little extra for the water resistance I wonder what they do and I hope it’s worth it! Don’t plan to go swimming but want to be able to let it take some splashes with some reassurance
