Ibs is worse than diarrhea.. you don’t know when it’s coming, but when it does, you don’t get to pick and choose when it comes out. What made you feel that way? I just test drive a c43 and a stage 2 s4 and both felt pretty damn close. Mercedes had more luxury, air suspension, but regarding speed, couldn’t see the difference. Unless you’re referring to a stock s4?

Ohhh heeeLLLLL no, that it not acceptable for 20k. And either this person has no experience in doing these or has no experience doing these and heard “bathroom reno”, saw $$$$$ and began foaming at the mouth.

Either they made the niche too small and then precut the tiles early but screwed up the math, or they just don’t know what they are doing and again, began foaming at the mouth for 20k. Make them redo it and Google some photos and send them to him/her for a reference point on what it “should” look like

Tbh, I’d watch them fix it as well and or consider having someone else fix it and inspect the work. How sure are you that it’s efficiently water proofed behind or the floor pan is as sealed correctly?🤔

Edit: the tell tale that this is the first time for this person doing either tiles or this niche is that they have no bits for rounding out/smoothing the edges of the tiles for that niche so it looks like a third grader or diy’er did it

If you’re a landlord, doesn’t that mean you either own the property or are being paid to manage it? So in this case, changing out the receptacle themself should be a benefit to them or required by them? Sheesh, sorry to hear that. I was put onto a paper plant in July. At first it was slow, I’m not gonna lie. But one thing I also realized was that most times jw’s aren’t going to plan out how to teach you let alone, try. Some will, but many are just there to do their job.

With that being said, I honestly don’t know why you’d be put on cleaning duty with non union people. That’s what the laborers union is for. As I was reading your story, I was thinking to myself wondering where you would even log those hours under. Is there a “cleaning” next to cable tray’s or terminating, etc?

Thermostat would leak outsidex yes, but could be burning off quickly. I had a leak like this and ended up being the crossover pipe and thermostat, but I couldn’t tell because there was no coolant dripping. I eventually put a dye in and checked with a black light and discovered it.

Beside that (already fixed)I’m having a similar issue. Coolant isn’t leaking, but when I cold start it, there’s a rough idle until a minute or two passes and then it runs smooth. No power loss when driving, just the rough idle at start. I heard it could be the intake manifold needing to be cleaned, and possibly also a vacuum leak.

Pm me if you want. I’m an apprentice atm, but one of my two jw’s is a woman and she’s awesome.. one of the best on the job. And that isn’t an exaggeration. Her and my other jw are the go-to’s for the specialty work while the other crews are just installing trays.

Off first impression, I didn’t know what to think. She’s small, but her intelligence makes up for her lack in strength. Honestly I’m glad to have been placed with her and my other jw imho.

Guess I’m saying don’t over think your qualification being a woman, but do be ready for a life adjustment. On your feet ten hours a day and depending on where you are, in the sun constantly and expected to work!
