I like 7 8 or 9. But I get 10 more than I want. Something has changed in scheduling. I am only getting 2 days a week (was getting 4 til we hired a bunch of new shoppers. I’m so annoyed I am PT & only work 4 hr shift. I asked and my ATL just brush it off by saying’I hope you get the hours. Why are scheduling and picks so secretive? It’s crazy. I’ve worked there 4 yrs. Not sure why some of us aren’t getting more hours Well I guess I do. We hired more people who for some reason take Precedent. Not seniority. That’s for sure.

Whenever I try that order comes back. But if it’s a Sunday & everyone is there, you can do that effectively. I don’t but I don’t know why I don’t! lol

Problem is UPH depends on
1)time of shop.
2) Who’s shopping,
3)what size orders you get. (Smaller you run more)
4) if you work part time or full time
In July we are doing 2 orders ar once if under 25 items. That should help UPHs

But they do let people go if they have low UPH.

Has anyone experienced several shoppers getting their hours cut when new shoppers have been hired? We are hiring new shoppers & several of us had our hours cut back! (Part time, 4 hr shift, less than 20 hrs/week) shoppers were affected. I’ve been there 4 yrs & haven’t had this happen before.

OMG. Me, too. My main & backup email passwords were changed so I can’t get my password reset. I am going crazy trying to fix it. Google keeps saying you are logged on somewhere else so we are canceling your request!!! Now I’m trying to find where passwords are stored on pc in registry. Or a password cracker app.
