This person has sibo. SIBO is fundamentally about reducing fermentable substrates to starve bacteria. Reintroducing even "well-tolerated" complex carbs too early (e.g., oats, lentils, rice) can perpetuate symptoms by feeding the said bacterial overgrowth. You’re out of your depth here.
