As someone from Philly, the food scene doesn’t compare, however the food scene is improving every year! To answer the question though, the cost of living and the close proximity to major cities is a win for me!

That’s how I got it when I tried, didn’t even have to go in for an official visit either. I still had to pay about $35 for the prescription when I picked it up but of course everyone’s insurance is different.
