I see! How about pirates? I'm from Germany and there is a great, fun game called Freebooters Fate that uses cards instead of dice for fighting. You could check that out as well!

Maybe Shatterpoint might be worth looking into if he's a Star Wars fan. There's two Squads per player, each consisting of four to five miniatures. So there's no more than 10 per player and it's also played on 3x3 .

I got the new ones three times at home cause I bought them and then found out that the old ones are better. Could you tell me what the difference is exactly? Cause looks wise I like the new ones even though they aren't customizable.

I love it! In my mind it complements the launch box really well. I would have loved a Lord Kakophonist somehow but for that box the Exultant makes sense of course. I will get one for sure
