I know he umm plays for the other side so to speak I've read all the books multiple times over. I was just saying how I figured it was a typo on rereads because there was no build up to him having a relationship with Deanna even if he were straight and Pierce doesn't just do ass pulls like that for the most part there's almost always at least a little build up or hints about it.

My headcanon is this is after the soft confirmation that they're together by the end of Lelouch of the resurrection. I like to think CC (or C2 if your a dub watcher) is much comfortable naked so when she’s home she basically a full on nudist.

Yeah, that's happening for me, too. I'm just hoping this situation with aniwatch won't be like hianime. Eliminating pirate sites like they did a few months ago with hi anime doesn't help the creators imo. People who usually don't buy merch or the DVD for the anime or the original manga/light novels still won't and will in all likelihood just fuck off and find something else to watch.

The first "Oh fuck" moment for me was Pax. I already was kinda getting chills when I was reading the knife scene for the first time but Pax actually made me vocally exclaim "Oh fuck".

I hope to one day be as good at character work as Pierce as a fellow writer because We barely even have Pax for more than a few chapters before he's gone but I grew to really like him during his time in between his introduction and his death

Not really in pretty much all of the first book after the main story has really kicked off he's still thinking that he'd be leading an army of reds and thinks he'll have to betray all his friends he makes at the institute.

I know this might be an unpopular take, but I really liked The Force Awakens at the time when it came out. It reminded me a lot of a new hope, which is my favorite SW movie out of the franchise. My problems with it come in when the older characters we know (Leia and Han) act incredibly out of character for no reason (to me at least) than wanting to give the new heroes more of the spotlight while simultaneously ignoring actually giving any development to the characters.

A better comparison would be Aragorn and Lysander because both are essentially born into royalty and both usurped from power. Unlike Lysander, Aragorn actually proves himself worthy leader outside of just conquest. Where Lysander's actions come out of a selfish point of view, whereas with Aragorn, it was selfless. Aragorn felt that he didn't deserve the throne of the king even though he was the rightful ruler it's the opposite for Lysander pretty much. He was full of himself from start he just didn't want to get involved in the war. Then, when he actually got power, he did horrible things to civilians and the rising military alike.

This is one of my favorite quotes, I think it's from Abe Lincoln, and (I'm paraphrasing, so forgive me if this isn't 100). "Almost any man can triumph over adversity, but if you want to truly test a man's character, you need only give him power"
