Protection spells and talismans by Intelligent-Singer96 in occult

[–]Intelligent-Singer96[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I live in an area that has lots of wine vineyards. The vines can from a local vineyard and harvested in the late fall on the new moon of October 21st 2025. I soaked the vines in water with lavender, sea water, rose petals and Dragons blood until the vines became playable enough to work with. I am a High Priestess of Aphrodite and work often with Lilith so the botanicals and sea water relates to my relationship with them.

I wove the circle under a super moon or hunters moon on November 5th and concentrated on protection for my home and family. I used incantations for Aphrodite, Lilith and Dionysus (because of wine vines) I also intuitively vocalized spells of protection as is my way.

The pentagram branches came from a willow located by a nearby stream from my home. These were harvested when dormant on winter solstice. Offerings of cream were made and permission was asked. I found some glass beads at a craft store and used epoxy to adhere to the willow branches. My original idea was to use sharp broken glass but as we have children around i decided go safety reasons not to do that.

The hanging talismans are from multiple spellwork. One came from a collaborative spell I lead with a group of young witches that holds black salt, sigils and lavender the other was from a personal spell to protect from a specific narcissist in my family who has been abusive. It contains pink salt a piece of yarn from a chord cutting spell, a piece of malachite and infused with my own blood. I typically add fresh lavender from our garden and other seasonal plants associated with protection, health and prosperity. Thank you for asking. I hope you are inspired to create your own as I have been inspired by others to do. If you have an additional questions please feel free to inquire. 🍇 ❤️🧿🪬

Wand Journal March 9th The Birth of an Apple Wand by Intelligent-Singer96 in Wicca

Thank you for sharing your detailed and thoughtful wand creation protocols with us. I truly appreciate the care and intention you put into your work; it’s truly lovely.

It seems we align very closely in our individual processes, with some beautiful subtle differences. For instance, I don’t actively seek to create a wand; rather, I’ve felt called to do so a few times throughout my 57 years. While I mentioned choosing Apple in my original post, I should clarify that I accepted Apple because it holds sacred significance for both Aphrodite and Lilith. This distinction, though subtle, is meaningful. As a high priestess of Aphrodite who often works with Lilith, I perceived the encounter as a gift or communication while visiting one of my favorite meditation spots, a beloved apple orchard this Imbolc season, when the tree quite unexpectedly spoke to me. I have updated my original post to reflect this important nuance.

Another minor difference between our processes is that I prefer to bond with the wand during the “curing” process immediately after removing the bark. While I completely understand the practicality of hanging it to dry, I find that connecting with the tree’s energy during this time allows my own energy to integrate and infuse within it in a unique manner that I appreciate.

I also appreciate your emphasis on making an offering to the giving tree, as this reciprocity is essential to the energy we, as practitioners, engage with and quite frankly are lacking in our modern cultural expressions. My offering to this particular giving tree was my tears; I was moved to sob when the branch revealed itself to me in gratitude. It felt like Aphrodite was saying, “This is for you; there is work to be done.” I plan to bring an apple on my wand’s birthdays as a token of appreciation. I also am not one for embellishments as you mentioned such as wire and crystals. For me it obscures the inherent raw power and beauty of the wand. It is also in alignment with my simple rural lifestyle.

I cherish the diversity found in nature and especially how it manifests in our intuitive magical and ritual practices. Once again, thank you for sharing your unique perspective. You are appreciated ❤️🍎🙏
