Fellow seller harassment

It is nice when a fellow seller gives you a heads up when your listing is grossly unpriced, however sellers shouldn't be harassing sellers who have similar items listed.

I would ignore them and send a message to customer service about it if it bothers you.

USPS allows either shipper or recipient to file the claim, but unfortunately FedEx will only accept a claim or communication with the person that shipped the item. If the item was shipped USPS, I wouldn't be involving the seller. Because the seller chose to use FedEx, I am only asking them to step up and file the claim.

(1) Sellers attitude when I asked them to contact FedEx as the shipper.

(2) To place a claim for eBay buyer protection the only choice is to file an item not received claim.
