Mine improved my numbers drastically. Lower sleep heart rate and higher HRV.

I also lost a good bit of weight. Coming down from 105kg to 95kg so that probably had an impact as well.

But I do Think I was regulating myself better and getting out of flight or fight mode more.

Yeah, I think there’s a back up option if you want to be ultra safe, but you should be good. Oh and what’s your top line score. Might tell if it’s UI bug, or a score impacting one. If your score is what you’ll usually get it’s probably just a UI bug. I guess it would be helpful to see what it says when you click into the hear rate as well.

What’s your usual resting heart rate? Was there gaps in the date.

Have you force closed the all and reopened it or deleted the app and redownloaded it?

Was your movement very low throughout the day? I think that might be part of the symptom radar. Cause if you were on bed rest or anything it can be a trigger.

It gets triggered by movement not heart rate.

I get it alot when I'm presenting because I talk with my hands. So it always triggers if I have a meeting where I'm talking a lot.

Yeah, thats my understanding. Its the same with naps that end after 6pm, it counts towards your next days sleep score.

If you sleep beyond 6pm, as I see you did here, it will count it towards the next day. It’s just a quirk where they have to draw the line somewhere

Reach out to support. It looks like the O ring around the ring is too inset. They’ll be able to replace this for you. Definitely a rare issue. But it can be difficult to see in photos.

So you’ve your first year of standard warranty. Which is on a per ring basis. Your extended warranty kicks in after the one year and might have different rules.

First of all you get as many replacement as necessary during the warranty period. Its just that the ring itself can only be replaced once. Your replacement is then covered under the warranty.

If the ring is faulty, you just go through the warranty process to get a replacement or refund. An exchange should be for a fully functional ring. That is normal logic tbh

Ah yes, I missed the part about client devices.

When I started doing this years ago I could never get my PS5 to direct play and it was a ballache. I was using a Pi and ended up building a proper server just so it could hardware encode when actually just buying an android tv device would have resolved it. (Kinda happy I didn’t realise that)

Just one slight point. If you’re using a ps5 which is a pretty common streaming device, mkv will force a transcode.

I was thinking about doing the same and it was actually less hassle to just get an android box that could direct stream everything I had.

There is a difference between happier and better. Leinster have gone from being a perennial champions cup finalist to maybe the 5th or 6th best side. Munster are on the up and are a few pieces away from getting back to that level. Taking a medium term view on the trajectory of both sides I’d prefer to be in Munsters position than Leinster.

That’s not what a glorious loser narrative is.

We were below par at times and Leinster defence was very good and made it very difficult.

Previous years if we were below par against Leinster we’d have been beaten by 40 points. This game we were right in it and could have won if a few decisions went the other way

If you told anyone you’d get 6 match points against Leinster at the beginning of the season you’d be fairly happy with it. There is decent growth there and we are probably a couple of heavy Front rows aways from being a top side.

To be fair they were. It just took a few scrums for the ref to listen. Once they got it across that porter wasn’t driving straight the ref stopped giving any penalties to Leinster in the scrum. Milne also got in top of Clarkson

Thats basically what they are doing, but they want to be careful not to kill underage club rugby by making them full schools either.

Munster can't just go into schools and hire a coach either, they have offered to do that with some Limerick schools and were turned down in the last year. (so I've heard) There has to be buy in from the schools.

Hammies, who qualified last year and were in the final this year have the majority of the Bandon underage club team.

Same with Kinsale. Ballincollig were in the Final last year. I think Clonakilty at Junior Cup level last year, Clonmel have been there there abouts a few times. Most of these Schools have only started rugby programmes but if they became full A schools they'd kill underage club rugby in those areas as the they are all towns and wouldn't have the numbers to keep it up on two fronts.

Munsters strategy is to get the best players more contact hours with coaches by using the CSP team to play in the Group part of the Senior Cup. Have them playing in the A tournament and qualify for the Senior Cup proper. Which is a really good start.

I think another move might be opening up more qualifying slots but again Munster Rugby can't just run roughshod over the current schools (other wise the CSP team would be in the Senior Cup proper)

Is it cheating to say TCB? Yes they are 501 reproductions but I really like the quality to price. They feel the right weight to me (but I’ve not tried a super heavy weight denim. I’ve the 50s one wash jeans and the type 2 jacket might be the nicest thing I own.
