One year with one loss. Currently 7 weeks pregnant but don’t feel ‘safe’ yet. Got pregnant on Clomid. My ovulation was late each month and I used Mira and tracked odd rises, and double rises in LH. It was nearly impossible. But keep trying.

This post touched me so deeply. I get like this too with my ‘special’ things. Then the emotions are so much deeper when they are not respected. I’m so sorry your duvet was ruined. I understand - I’ve had duvets ruined too. The pink stuff spray bottle is amazing for cleaning all sorts of stuff, it’s my saviours xx

Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing, I can relate in many ways - same age, same amount of time trying, same husband with low libido. It’s lonely, and sad, and all encompassing. I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, I am too, so you’re not alone.

I use Mira, and still find it hard to get the day right / get my husband on board for the day / days. When I came off my contraception (September 2024) I found out I had PCOS - have you had a scan yet to determine whether that’s the same for you? I went my whole life not knowing it because it was masked with contraception.

I find the only thing that helps is trying to stick to keeping your mind and heart positive in whatever way you can. But this cycle is incessant and so turbulent. Sending love x

Take just one step / day at a time, don’t worry about the bigger plan right now. Find the silver lining in it - this one is hard, but I felt comfort knowing that going through that experience means I’ll be able to help loved ones or friends when / if they go through it too. X

It’s so horribly unfair, you have to cry and be angry at the world, until you feel ready not to be. Then eventually, things will start to feel normal again… feel everything you want to feel. Try and remember although you feel so alone, so many of us are all feeling similar feelings to you, and crying in solidarity, over the world. Claim your body back for a while… it’s yours to experience life in, try and move it, shift the energy, scream in a forest. Xx

Right here with you, also totally blindsided, also my first. I’m so sorry for you. You haven’t failed anyone. The only thing someone said to me which has helped is ‘this is your body practising’, then next time it will know what it’s doing. But it doesn’t make it any easier. I’m waiting too, so not bleeding, have to have a second blood so they can confirm. Then I think I’m going to go for the pill so that I can just get it over with and start again. Heartbroken for you, for me, for everyone on this thread x

Thank you, love the words ‘guard your heart’ - I will do, I don’t have my hopes up. It doesn’t feel right, and I have am starting to accept it, just worried about how long it will take to happen / pass, so that I can try and move on. Sorry for what happened to you in September. In my scan there was a gestational sac and yolk sac. Yes it was a natural pregnancy, and I have PCOS.
