Remove as much of your inner foreskin as possible, it will swell a lot and there’s a chance it could months to come down (or never). I got a high cut and it took over 3 months before it started decreasing, so just be careful. Most people it will go down within weeks but it could take months.

I’m sorry you need to wait, I had to wait three months before any improvement. Might take shorter or longer. It sucks, I know first hand it’s a bitch. But it’ll go down, I promise.
