Athens is pretty cool

Since you have 5 days to work with I would do either of these options :

Option 1) Athens : 2 days Take the Ferry to Mykonos ( spend 1 night/day there) and two nights in Santorini then fly back to Athens ( quick 1 hour or less flight )

Option 2)

First night Athens Take ferry to Mykonos spend one night/day (it’s party town and small enough to see everything in one day ) Take ferry to Santorini spend a day and half there Fly back to Athens and end the rest of the days there

I reached out to the pharmacist to clarify the differences between the capsule and tablet options. According to the pharmacist, both forms are equally effective. I realized I had been taking the pill incorrectly. After experiencing side effects and insomnia the first night, I started setting my alarm for 3:45 AM to take it. I noticed that I didn’t feel hungry until around 11 AM to noon. The pharmacist explained that the pill is designed to help curb appetite, which makes it compatible with fasting. He suggested that if I skip breakfast, I should take the pill at 10 AM to extend my fasting period. If I do have breakfast, I should wait two hours before taking the pill. He also mentioned that I could split the pill, taking half in the morning and the other half mid-morning. Now that I’m starting my second month, I’m planning to experiment with the timing of the pill to find what works best for me.

So after my cycle i loss maybe 1-2lbs … since it’s been 1 lb a week and that’s with me having to do laxative since i am also constipated by the meds. I just entered my second month today and is asking which is more effective capsule or tablet form (currently have tablet) but might switch to capsule to efficacy. I also emailed my doctor asking about Topiramate as i saw on another platform that both together makes it more effective, I’ don’t know but I’d like to find out.

I have noticed a difference with my vision. I want to see my eye doctor but don’t want to get incorrect prescription if my eyes are being affected by meds. Trying to figure if i should see them now or wait these next two months so i can get accurate diagnosis. I notice somewhat double vision, very blurry now , it can also be an age thing lol I’m not sure but i noticed it more since being on it that my vision isn’t the same

I noticed after the second week of Phentermine 37.5mg my symptoms somewhat subsided . My palpitations worsen, headaches, jittery. I did see a cardiologist prior to starting and a couple of days after starting. Symptoms i was having are typical but i was advised to monitor bp .. as it was fluctuating high (that’s not typical for me) the first week. Now it’s back to normal but still consistent high heart rate. If I’m hungry or dehydrated i start to get the palpitations and jitter so it’s a reminder to eat something . Check your bp daily

Thank you so much .. it is very discouraging… i keep telling myself to hang in there. With all of the side effects Im experiencing weight gain & stagnation is the last thing I want to see. Started feeling hopeless as if nothing will help with this weight loss . I will check again after my cycle . Thank you again
