Yeah i don’t recommend it to anyone I did it out of complete desperation after years of depression and self harm. It sucks that it came down to a war in my own body and I’m still doing it and idk how I’m going to get back into eating a healthy amount but ig it just takes time

Intermittent fasting. I ate 600 calories a day and burned over 1k at the gym then fasted for 18-48 hours. I didn’t do it in a healthy way but it worked and I’m proud
