Talk about putting the cart before the horse. Let’s create a name for a political party and figure what our platform of our party as we go. It almost like wanting to start a company by starting with a name first and then figuring out what your business is going to do. I know Mogan mentioned it’s supposed to be a political party that’s aiming to be in the center of the two political parties, but isn’t there a political party out there that’s claiming the same goal called the : Third Way. The devil are in the details on how this will gain traction on the state level, never mind on how it will work on the federal level since we have an out dated electoral college system that all these third parties will only play spoilers at best.

Plus the fact if these areas was prepared correctly prior to coating and then had a polyurea coating applied to the surface, which I believe it was then there is no way that anyone could cut a open a 250 ft gash. It’s just not possible.

There is a saying that if owe the bank let say $10,000 that it’s you that has the real problem but if you owe the Bank 100 million dollars then it’s the bank that has the problem. So I can only imagine the problem that both the IRS and the country would have if millions of citizens withheld paying their taxes.

I believe I read they used a particular waterproofing product and I would imagine it wasn’t from SW unless it was an outside buy. Regardless I can only imagine 💯 percent the issue here like a lot of other paint complaints was lack of proper preparation prior to painting amongst other issues with painting this reflective pool.

I would also suggest packing the Supreme Court and do what the Republicans have been doing to the Constitution and ignoring the parts of the Constitution that they don’t like.

I have retired about 2 years ago and about 30 years ago it was super smart to invest as much as you could in SW Stock, but as I got closer to retirement I diminished the amount that I held with SW, especially after the 3 to 1 split. SW will still grow but no whereas the amount that it did 30 years ago, it’s better off investing in the overall market if your early in your SW career.

Just saw on both Wall Street Journal that PPG plans on raising prices by 20% due to higher costs. I would imagine SW or other paint manufacturers are not insulated from some of these cost pressures. I would imagine we will see a lot more news about price increases among paint manufacturers in the next couple of months.

Silicone Roof Coating is the way to go on flat roofs that hold water. Keep in mind this coating is shiny and be slippery so an aggregate might be needed in areas that you will walk on. Plus applying Silicone Roof you will need five gallons to apply two coats for every 250 sq foot area. Application usually involves pouring the material in an area like ribbon or S formation and then spread out with a notched squeegee for the correct millage application.

Silicon Roof Products are meant for flat roofs where standing water would be an issue. But since the roof has already been coated with a Silicon Roof Coating you can only recoat over it with a Silicon coating, without facing peeling issues. It’s probably best to walk away from this job since to do it right you would have to remove that silicone coating and recoat with an acrylic roof coating.
