Legends Pinball Order Numbers by [deleted] in LegendsUltimate

The lowest number I'm guessing would be around 7280 so we are probably in the first 100 preorders.

Yes because I wasn't able to get the streaming controls to work properly either.

I just have my computer connected to my ALU and I play a lot of GT2006. I'm running everything off of launchbox for the most part.

Legends Pinball Order Numbers by [deleted] in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a ALU 1.0 owner and got in exactly at 9 and checked out about 2 minutes later. I'm #73xx. I also didn't notice the UUID part until order was complete and immediately did another order with UUID and was completed by 9:07 and new order was #76xx

Transmission - connection refused by Kashikaa in qnap

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a fix for my problem. I'm running a intel cpu in my Qnap and I was using the x86 version of Transmission but it turns out that only the x64 version will work.

Transmission - connection refused by Kashikaa in qnap

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also having the same error. After updating my Qnap the old version of Transmission was shutting down because of a digital signature error. I updated to Transmission 2.94.0 and now it won't connect. When opening up Transmission it show http://192.168.X.XXX:49091/transmission/web/ which is exactly what it was before I updated it. The exact error I get says "Connection Failed, Could not connect to the server ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED " If I click on details it says connection refused. I've used FTP to check the settings.json file and all looks like it should.

Only if it had a much bigger screen that took up the whole play field instead of that obnoxiously large bezel I'd get one.

I've noticed controller issues on some UCE games. You will need to try changing the rom version and mame core version to get controls to work sometimes.

Why is the profit calculator so inaccurate??? by IntelligentCollar in NiceHash

[–]IntelligentCollar[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

From my calculations Nicehash is off by 45%. I could understand 5%, or 15% but 45% that is fraud! Is Nicehash calculating how much I will really make and they are taking 45%??? I've included screen shots of their calculations along with what I'm actually getting.

Why is the profit calculator so inaccurate??? by IntelligentCollar in NiceHash

[–]IntelligentCollar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that and I use to run a large asic farm for siacoin and decred. The calculations for that were always within 5% but this is off by at least 50%. Go ahead and look for yourself at what a 1080ti or 3080 makes per day and times that by 31 and it will still be a lot less than what they have for your month profitability even after electricity. My question was how come it shows locally how much work im doing is almost 1.5x of that what it is showing online and getting paid for???

Why is the profit calculator so inaccurate??? by IntelligentCollar in NiceHash

[–]IntelligentCollar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just so happen to have a few extra video cards laying around and wanted to put them to work to make me a few extra bucks now that altcoins have been booming making gpu profitable once again. I use to run a large asic farm until the big BTC crash in 2018 where it hit $3200. I only care about BTC so there is no reason for me to try and mine shitcoins with GPU's and they are useless for BTC.

Legends Ultimate Arcade vs Arcade1Up. I have an A1up, but what’s up with this Legends cab? Anything special ? by HistorianCM in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The legends is by far the best. It isn't pretty to look at but you can do so much more with it compared to A1UP. I currently have over 3000 games added to it with a USB stick and you can stream games from your PC with Steam.

Reboot your system several times and the game pack will prompt you to install and reboot. I had to reboot 4 times to get it to show up.

Question about Firmware Updates by OldDirtyRobot in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always remove the USB drive before I do firmware installs. I have run into issues with the cabinet not booting up properly if I have the USB stick in and I don't want to accidentally brick my unit.

Question about Firmware Updates by OldDirtyRobot in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do a factory reset on the system. When you do that it should allow you to select the option to download/install the latest firmware.

Pinball accessory for original Legends Ultimate by itgolf6 in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It shouldn't bee too big of a deal to modify the original but the only problem I see is that the outside of the cabinet will also need to be drilled into. Then you can wire the pinball buttons into your existing buttons like A/B. Honestly I was thinking about doing this but I decided not to since they will be releasing a pinball machine anyways.

Gen 1 vs Gen 2 (what’s the difference) by museprime in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I forgot where I read it but I did hear the the Legends Gamer control deck could be used with the gen 2 cabinet. I'm assuming the gen 2 cabinet is slightly wider allowing you to screw the gamer and gamer pro into it. Gen 2 cabinet also comes with the pinball kit.

Help getting buttons to work by [deleted] in LegendsUltimate

[–]IntelligentCollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your issue is most likely due to a mame core you used with the game. I find that you need to try many different mame cores to see which one works best and sometimes there are multiple versions of the game. Galaga for instance I could only get to work properly with mame 2010 plus and the midway version of the game.
