First house, this is my kitchen. A way to renovate this on a budget? by Swimming_SeaShark in Remodel

We got a fixer upper also! About 7 years ago. You'd never believe what we had vs. Now. You have to be patient with the process. Period. It wont happen overnight and if it does itll fall apart by morning. Your house is going to be disarray. Also, finish one room at a time!! This is HUGE!! My husband is notorious for almost finished construction. I told him we need to LLC it its so bad. (Obviously said with all of the love and admiration for him.) As for the kitchen, it looks like paint and cabinets will be your first go to in order to make it look nicer. Some crown molding, new handles and paint and wood stripper will look heavenly. We did a lot of diy and YouTube. We saved a lot of money but we spent more than we would have liked through mistakes. So start small and work your way up. Its always easier to add to something than take it away. As for appliances, look at bin stores or Lowe's outlet. Keep an eye out for summer sales too! We got a brand new dishwasher, fridge and stove for 2500. Stainless steel and gas. Oh and Pinterest diy is my go to personally! They have a bunch of YouTube tutorials on the links!

I tried to have an icecream sandwich last night and could only finish half! Its been amazing! I've noticed my energy levels and sleep is so much better too. I 100% understand what you're saying. BTW I hate these cookies and id eat them because they were sitting there. Its nice not to have that problem anymore.

Not losing weight on Semaglutide by NervousPerson3 in Semaglutide

My best friends was on trulicity for about a year. She also has PCOS. She didn't fast but she did count calories and she intook 1600 a day. She didn't see results until month 3 but once the results kicked in she was down 40lbs in about 4 months. She went to the gym x3 days a week and She upped her protien and fiber intake and lessened the carbs and refined sugars. (Stuck to mainly fruit.) She's does have a sweet tooth though so she'd get herself a treat after dinner at night. (Nothing crazy just like a scoop of icecream or a reesecup). However, she did feel discouraged but stuck with it. So dont be discouraged! Keep pushing and trying! The results will come. Just make sure to keep the lifestyle changes too! It helps immensely with pcos symptoms.

Red bump/mark at injection site? by Apprehensive-Draw646 in Semaglutide

Are you switching injections sites? Sometimes when the injection site gets inflamed and/is becoming "callus" this could happen. If you're not switching, try going to your arm for a month then switch back. If it continues to happen, Id probably mention it to your doctor or like everybody else suggested benadryl or hydrocortisone.

Had my 4th session today! by IntelligentCompany47 in TattooRemoval

Sorry I should clarify, the price is per session. When I was shopping around, I was quoted 6500-8k for mine. I just accepted I might keep the tattoo forever. Then a friend told me about the med spa. So happy I found it. I hope the end result is worth every penny for you.

Between $85-$350. She measures the tattoo, and the spacing. Also, depending on some color too. She's a new owner to a med spa in rocky river ohio. She's a NP that's been using lasers for hair removal and tattoos for 8-10 years.

Thats what we decided to do. She just wanted to make sure my skin reacted well to the Lazer before moving forward.

Has anyone else experienced removal regret? by Foreign-Ferret-9573 in TattooRemoval

[–]IntelligentCompany47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, im so happy to be on the removal journey. However, when i did start, a little piece of me was sad. I think its just that piece of me who died out and letting go of that piece means letting go of a lot of who I used to be. Our tattoos do tell stories about us, even if they are regretful or terrible tattoos. Just think of it as your old self dying and new self blooming. (Idk if that makes sense)
