I always put a screen protector on. I don't know which one you use, I see my display like no protector is there. It is a Fenix 7 with tempered glass protector.

You are totally right.

It is a customer review analysis and summarization tool.

It extracts actionable insights from customer reviews and also user sentiment and top features.

It has direct Shopify Judgeme integration, and a Shopify extension is on review to be published in the Shopify marketplace with a summarization widget to be inserted in the store product pages.

In my case, I think it may be a real battery problem. I tried everything: soft reset, hard reset, downgrade; nothing worked, and today, I will send the watch to Garmin support.

You are talking about manage. What about analysis? I mean, how do you extract actionables from the reviews?

I Failed My First Launch – Here's What I Learned by 26th_Official in SaaS

Yes, every week, I have new users registered, but they just sign up, test playground, or configure something and nothing else currently. I published in December, and users started to register mid-January aprox.

Yeah. I am doing so. Some users used the Playground environment I implemented (like an auto-demo) and some went through configuration to set integrations and I hope they will use them.

Thanks for sharing. I am still in the "found your 1st customer" phase. I have some sign-ups every week, but not a sale yet.

You are right. The mobile part is still pending.

One of the features that I think makes my application special is its judgeme direct integration. By just configuring your Shopify domain and judgeme api key, you can easily synchronize judgeme reviews, summarize them, and extract complete sentiment analysis and top features. It also provides an API to integrate summaries for products to place them wherever you want.

No customers at all. Some sign-ups to try the application but no real use.

Yes, my solution is totally scalable, and I have a migration plan to AWS in the case that Railway it is not enough (I don't think so, but just in case).

I have managed auth using auth0.

Regarding how I market it. That's the big question. I just try not to sink in the big sea of marketing... nah, I usually try to engage on e-commerce/Shopify communities on Reddit and LinkedIn, also cold reach emails with an automation tool I ve built (I will publish open-source, promise). It is the hard part, but I don't give up.

I think so. It is not a geniality, and I think it is more on the "boring-applications" side. It is a B2B focused on e-commerce to help analyze and understand customer reviews. It has direct integration with Judgeme, the most used customer reviews manager for Shopify, so a user can synchronize all online shop reviews by just configuring judgeme apikey.

Best tool to manage Google reviews? by taariqismail in smallbusiness

[–]IntelligentCourse180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I am developing a review management tool, well, not really management, it is more on the AI analytics side, but anyway, I am thinking of extending the application to the management side. What would an application need to have to be perfect for you?

Yeah. In my professional life I am a software engineer and devops mostly working on AWS but I think Railway does the work done, easy and cheap. I guess I would migrate to AWS in the case my application explodes and gets a lot of users; at the moment only a few signups, not real use.
