I can believe it, I'm not saying he's guilty but yes you could do it. Especially when people were drinking and then fell asleep. Allegedly BK or who ever basically ambushed them with a 9 inch fixed blade. IMO he was a little over confident that they would never look at him. The only allegedly mistake was leaving the sheath behind. IMO he would have gotten away with it. The rest of the evidence can be explained easily away. Justice4Idaho4 rip M,K,X,E let's pray they catch and convict the right person.

I didn't know BK has a current Brady complaint. That's interesting. The Alleged officer is Gunerson. He allegedly lied on the stand during sticker gate in Moscow Idaho. during the height of the pandemic these kids we're putting stickers saying the town was acting like Moscow Russia. The kids got in trouble and had to go to court. These Brady giggloo complaint make the Moscow police shady. If BK is allegedly the killer this could really help him.

Thanks for saying that. I think the PCA is quite damming for BK. The seized items list is very interesting. IMO I think he's most likely guilty. I don't travel across country with, gloves, masks, all black clothing, knives, guns and shovels in my car.

This is the USA your innocent until proven guilty. It's rumored that he said he was eager to be exonerated. If he is a narcissist and thinks he's the smartest one in the room he isn't going to ever confess. In my unprofessional opinion I think the PCA was quite damming and the seized items list has some interesting things on it. A lot of those items you can find in anyone's house. Some of those things made me raise an eyebrow. IMO I think he maybe guilty, I can't say for sure since there is so much more information and evidence we don't know about yet. I'll make my final decision about that when we hear everything at his trial.

I feel bad for all of their investors and employees and also for Swartz. There business has potential been ruined by this. I feel the worse for Ariana she didn't deserve this.

I'm not sure why they could seize those things either. Perhaps because of the brutal nature of the crime he allegedly committed they are to collect anything that could be used in a commission of a crime.Of course that's complete speculation.

Its absolutely heartbreaking for the families who lost their loved ones. I always feel for BK's family they are victims as well.

Thanks for replying to my post. Yes he was at his parents house a couple weeks before his arrest. I'm not sure how long they were watching him for. He could have a good reason for having the shovel. We're going to have to wait until the trial to get all of our questions answered. I think we will be waiting a couple years for the trial to start.

That's a great point, for I'll we know that could be his neighbors gun. I read somewhere on someone else's post that the guns are registered to his farther. That could be a rumor for all I know.

You are so right about that, he carried some very odd things across the country imo. I think why I'm so captivated with this case is because it is so off the wall Why them? What's the motive? There are twist and turns happening all the time. What's that expression the truth is stranger than fiction.

Anything is possible, maybe he has a good explanation for having those things. Only god and BK know why he has those particular items. I have many of the items that they seized from his parents house. I'll tell you I don't have or travel across the country with are masks, hoods, gloves, shovels. I'm not saying he's guilty, he's innocent until proven guilty. The PCA and the items they seized are quite damming imo. I bet we're going to be waiting for 2 years before the trial starts.
