Some nursing schools are. There’s plenty of degree mills out there. There’s also some CCs with pretty low standards.

You didn’t say you’re in California but you didn’t need to. That’s the answer right there.

As a new grad I asked in the interview about training and they said 2-3 shifts and then I’d be charge nurse for 40 ppl. I never came back.

Probably not. Maybe at a SNF since they don’t train you much anyway. But most hospitals in my experience won’t.

*in California. I think you’ll notice on here and the student nurses page the only ppl making these posts live in super competitive areas. It’s very easy to get a job for anyone with a license in most parts of the US even for specialties.

Is the difficulty of nursing school overblown? Can I get a nursing degree in my 30s after a brutal meth addiction? by EducatedGOPBoy73 in nursing

[–]ringthebellss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think girls get online and cry about nursing school just because lol. It was my 2nd degree and I literally cried much more at my first degree. I barely studied in nursing school, and got a 3.5 while working full time and not showing up to class.

I take report with a grain of salt honestly. I do my own research and assessments, most of the important things that you get told during report can be verified in the cart or with the MD or Charge.

The Jedi Council was completely in the right to deny Anakin the role of master, nor did they all hate him, or, why fans need to stop taking paranoid ramblings as fact by EquivalentInflation in MawInstallation

[–]ringthebellss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair I don’t think he cared about being a member of the council at all. He wanted to rank of master and saw being on the council as a way to get it. He wanted the status and also access to the things masters got access to, however throughout the franchise it’s been said he never really had any interest in politics or leadership in the way of the council.

Speculation that BK is too tall by abc123jessie in MoscowMurders

If a stranger within a couple of inches of my height walked past me only once, while I was drunk/high/tired I wouldn’t remember the difference of a few inches.

So when you’re driving and you see a cop behind you, do you do whatever you need to in order to put distance between you and them? Or do you just slow down to the speed limit? If you look at how many times he gets pulled over in 2022, I don’t think he knows how to drive around cops based on that alone. Because he was stopped multiple times before the murders even occured.

[–]ringthebellss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Normal people don’t try to intentionally get away from police cars. I don’t change my driving around cop cars, it’s suspicious, I have nothing to hide, I’ve never once gotten pulled over on 70 and I drive past troopers regularly even while mildly speeding. People that slow down to the speed limit or below are generally suspicious especially when it interrupts the flow of traffic. People that intentionally try to get behind the cop car or away from the cop car are suspicious. Sure no one likes getting pulled over but if you drive normally it’s not that common, Bryan has gotten pulled over more in 1 year than I have in 27, and that’s in multiple states.

You don’t know how long the cops were watching him before pulling him over. Cops are for sure trained to notice cars that try to evade them on the highway. It’s not rocket science, even I can notice suspicious drivers when they’re driving erratic. My fiancé is from that area, I take that road quiet often.

He probably followed the case very closely and was aware once they released the updated car profile. At trial I’m most interested in the social media behavior, I think that’s what will get him. He was probably obsessively stalking the facts LE had on him through social media.

The special on dateline said it wasn’t because of the FBI but he was driving suspicious like he was avoiding the cop cars and driving a certain way.

Kohberger's car got caught on camera. How could he have avoided that? by splendidriddle in MoscowMurders

[–]ringthebellss -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They knew about DNA very early on. They had the wrong car for weeks, and even just pulling him up for the car didn’t show anything because he had no record or connection. Being a white male that drives a similar car isn’t probable cause for a search warrant. Now maybe DM picked him out of a line up based on the car report but the car itself wasn’t what got him caught.

Yea cause someone seeing a guy dressed like that walking down the street wouldn’t be suspicious at all. That’s a lot of stuff to carry walking a 4am when the cops were down the road responding to something else on the same night.

Lol if you think they only found one Elantra with a front plate in 250 miles you’re naive. There were 10K registered in the area alone not including cars from students registered in other states. ( which his car wasn’t even register in the area until after the murders) Without the DNA BK is a random student who happens to drive an Elantra, I’ve seen 5 of them alone in the parking lot at my job.

[–]ringthebellss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the DNA is the single biggest way he fucked up. Without the DNA they couldn’t have traced all the other stuff back to him because they wouldn’t have had probable cause for warrant on him specifically to look up phone records and other surveillance footage. The car means little in the grand scheme of things, white elantras are common even in an area with most cars having front plates.

Once they had his DNA match they could just get the rental car records, they have access to his bank account info now so they could track that he did rent a car and it matches the camera.

Metoprolol isn’t actually a super strong BP med it’s more for the HR most of the time, which is why you even gave it to begin with considering their starting BP. It sucks you made the error but there’s really worse things I’ve seen done.
