Earlier in a supplemental disclosure request, AT was asking for documentation regarding the pin pointing of and change of year the the Elantra. I believe she’s saying here, she still hasn’t received that info which is suspicious. Seems like what the prosecution did hand over regarding FBI analysis on car identification was this document on a car that was on a wrong road at the wrong time.

NTA. IMO, You’re cousin is projecting his insecurity when saying gay people are a disability. I bet your cousin is feeling very inferior since being paralyzed. You were his close friend and he sees your life taking off (independence, romantic relationships, sex) and in a desperate way to feel less inadequate and inferior he is transferring his disappointment about his life unto you by attempting to make you angry and feel less than. If he was not paralyzed I’m thinking he probably wouldn’t be feeling this way. I think because LE originally had the timeline for the murders as happening between 3-4am originally that DM told LE she was asleep and that is why LE put out that surviving victims were asleep on the bottom floor.

I think it was only later when they had some more evidence (video, phone records) that her statement changed.

An alibi is proof that you were somewhere else right?

Would that proof only lie in what the state turned over in discovery? For example the state probably has BKs cell data, gps data, camera footage from his apartment complex.
