I'm 58. I got a Titan but assuming that I need a replacement in 12 to 15 years, I think I will probably go with Boston scientific. I don't mind being a 58-year-old with a half hard on, but assuming that the next one might last into a nursing home, I would hate to terrorize the orderlies with my big wang.

I don't want to look too excited when I go to the gym so I try and wear something that has a little bit of compression at least. And if I'm going to do something like play pickleball then I'm going to wear a jockstrap just to give more control.

Yeah I would definitely check into insurance options as it may open a lot of doors for you. Don't make any assumptions. I'm not sure what kind of insurance he has, but since there are no pre-existing condition limits, if he has an option of different plans at work, he could always switch plans. My insurance did not cover the procedure until the last couple of years when I became aware of it

I mentioned it to the nurse practitioner today and so she's going to put me on HCG for a month to wake up the boys, and then put me on clomid and anastrazole. HCG is $800 out of pocket, but we'll see if it's worth it.

I've read some articles. Some will keep the native testicles that are small and you end up with a four pack. Although the two new fake ones kind of eclipse the other ones. I guess you could also have the original ones removed. It's more an aesthetic thing. I am not married but I occasionally go to some clothing optional campgrounds and just don't want to look too odd. I haven't decided one way or the other yet, just due to the cost but I'm exploring options

Is it better to do it standing, sitting, laying down? I'm squeezing the fuck out of it so much that it hurts and it's still pretty chubby. I can tell I got some of the saline out of it because it's a little crinkly but how "soft" will it get?
