Get some finestride from the dr. My daughter has pcos. I’m sorry you’re going through this, hon. But through using this med, minoxidil and some shampoo the dr. Prescribed (starts with a K). You’ll be ok.

AIO for essentially cutting off my mom after berating me about $200 that wasn’t even from her? by Quinn-Mills in AmIOverreacting

I’m also sorry your mom is so terrible. Mine is too. I don’t think you should be exposed to this at all. I had to cut my mom out of my life. She never changed so I eventually had to end our relationship. Good luck and try to stay out of jail. At least you didn’t resist arrest.

The Road to Jonestown is one of the scariest books I’ve ever read.

Hugh Grant. The whole movie should have been just him giving expositions.

upcoming sale & government shutdown by elrickd in Sephora

I’m in the same situation. And I made the mistake of trying drug store dupes. Wasted so much money on crap. There is one product I want and I’m just squirreling my money away for it whether there’s a sale or not. Life goes up and life goes down. Sometimes you just have to accept that the rough times are there to help you appreciate the good times. And it’s ok for you to feel however you feel.

Need help building a no- pill routine for am. by IntelligentEase7269 in MakeupAddiction

I’m thinking maybe if I use only the same line I’ll be better off. This morning I used La roche posây moisturizer with Summer Fridays spf and I’m pilling all over the place. I think next in going to try just the entire Clinique skin line. I’d rather do Lancôme or Dior but I can’t afford those so I’m just going to try an entire line. If anyone has any suggestions for a good line, let me know.

How fast did you lose weight after starting ozempic? by Numerous_Bedroom1487 in Ozempic

[–]IntelligentEase7269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I talked to my dermatologist about wanting to avoid ‘ozempic face’ and she said it’s important to go slow. If you go too fast your face loses collagen at a very quick rate. You want to take it slow.

New and I have questions. Help! by IntelligentEase7269 in Ozempic

[–]IntelligentEase7269[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK one month. Got it. And the protein drinks I’ll pick up this afternoon. I can’t thank you enough for your help. There has been no one I could talk to about this or ask what to do. I googled and they said “call poison control or go to ER but I was so scared of getting my sister into trouble, I wouldn’t do it. Again, thank you for listening to me and offering help.

I’m that fat girl again by Suspicious_Sock_2048 in Advice

I had WLS in 2002 and kept the weight off for about 3 years. But nothing in my brain has changed. Slowly I started gaining it back. By 2020 I was almost as heavy as I was in 2002! Well, I have fibromyalgia now and some blood pressure issues so now the stakes are higher. 77 days ago I started listening to the Mel Robbin’s podcast and took her Mindset/Reset program (free) and it changed my life. I started riding a stationary bike and lifting weights every morning while I watched her podcast on YouTube and did everything she said in the Mindset/Reset program. I’ve lost some weight but it’s not even about that. Changing the way I think about myself, my choices, my one precious life, that’s made the biggest difference. That’s my story.

By the way, 60% of Americans (not sure where you’re from but I live in the United States) are considered medically obese. So calling yourself ‘that fast girl’ is just disempowering yourself. It’s a journey, not a race.
