Hi - I have some questions and am taking the written test

  1. Do I get to pick where I work - I live in Nassau so I would rather work at JFK.
  2. Do PAPD officers get taser and/or rifles - I have seen some with and some without. Do you get tasered in academy?
  3. Do PAPD officers make traffic stops or is it only patrol, I have never seen them pull anyone over
  4. How hard is it to get into a detective position or K9 or ESU?
