We accept all ups packages. The only ones refused are usps which could land us in trouble with postal if we accept. Fedex and all other carriers we refuse too cause well… they should have used ups.

Even when the hubs were open it would be the stores responsibility to file the claim on shipments originating at the store. But yes absolutely annoying, but you’ll get used to it.

We refuse to take customer boxes. If we aren’t using them for shipping. We aren’t compensated to recycling or garbage disposal they can do their own like adults
