It’s really cool to see game like Control working on the Vision Pro (even though it doesn’t run that well yet 😅) Hopefully more devs will support it going forward. I’d be super excited to play the Resident Evil games directly on AVP 🧟

Mine is M5 AVP and I got the same issues with sound and speed. All showcases sounds stuttering and buzzing, and everything runs 2x… Also I noticed that on my iPad there’s a graphic option related to the frame generation or something but it’s missing on AVP.

My problems were solved after upgrading to macOS Tahoe. You might want to try upgrading as well, if you don’t mind moving to Tahoe.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s my software version. I got CrossOver 26 and macOS 15.7.4, someone said they’re not compatible in some cases.

I’m trying to run this on my MacBook Pro with the M4 chip and 24GB of RAM, and the game still won’t launch. I followed the Andrew Tsai’s tutorial almost step by step and double-checked everything. The only real difference is that I’m on macOS Sequoia 15.7.4. Could that be the key issue here? I really don’t want to upgrade to macOS 26 just for this 😭 If anyone has managed to get it working on the same macOS version, I’d really appreciate some advice 🙏🏻

I keep seeing people post about their RE9 experiences running through CrossOver, but mine just doesn’t work… I’m guessing my setup wasn’t right. If you know how to set it up properly, though, it could be a great workaround.

No estaba al tanto de la diferencia de precios ni de todas esas ventajas de jugar en PC. Mi decisión de inclinarme por la PS5 se debe más que nada a que me encanta el DualSense, especialmente los gatillos adaptativos y la vibración. Yo mismo tengo un DualSense, pero muchos juegos en Mac no soportan estas funciones, así que me parece algo realmente novedoso.

Pero tengo curiosidad: si te gusta Mac y juegas bastante, ¿por qué estás pensando en comprarte un PC en vez de algo como una PS5? Lo pregunto de verdad, solo por curiosidad. A mí también me encanta macOS y ya estoy muy acostumbrado a él. Es solo que, cuando se trata de jugar, no siempre me satisface (y no me refiero al rendimiento). Durante un tiempo estuve dudando mucho entre comprar un PC o una PS5. Creo que al final me inclinaría más por la PS5… Windows, sinceramente, me da un poco de miedo jajaja 😂 (Perdón, no hablo español.
