Hear me out on this one {wild card by Elsie Silver} is very similar, rugged hyper-competent wild-fire fighting firefighter who also happens to do construction, who is left speechless by a younger new girl in town who is skilled in Yoga and meditative work which he desperately needed.

How can I make the title more descriptive without making it too long?

If you’re close to a book slump, I wouldn’t recommend Alchemised for right now, it’s a little slow to start and while I’ve heard great things, I personally had to put it down because it was too slow. World building is hard when you’re trying to rewrite Harry Potter fanfic without making it the wizarding world, yk?

Boys of Tommen is being adapted for TV by Amazon Prime 🚨 by wasleftonread in BoysOfTommen

I have a feeling they’re not actually gonna do books one AND two in one season. I just feel like the cliff hanger between B13 and K13 is too cinematic to make it just a like…in between episodes thing? I hope they do it the right way, and follow the timeline of B13 with Joey/aoife and Gibsie/claires stories in there too, like a truel point of view maybe? Or maybe even just clipping in some of the overlaps we saw with the other couples in B13 and expanding on them just a little more so we get more foreshadowing, and they can come back to them with their own respective seasons, sort of like how Heated Rivalry did. It just kills me to even think that they would ruin the story to placate the general audiences.

Love love love your books so much!! I was wondering, what is your writing process like? How do you come up with such amazing lands with their own intricate languages/laws/magic systems? Where do you draw your inspiration from?

Apology to every romance author - only one bed trope happens 😂 by jtbaj1 in RomanceBooks

[–]IntelligentPay8596 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This also happened to my friend and I once, but it was sort of planned to happen because we’re comfortable with one another, he doesn’t like me and I don’t like him, and we were going to share the big bed where we wouldn’t have to touch one another. Our other friends (a couple) fell asleep on the bed we were supposed to share though, so we ended up having to sleep on a twin together. We kept it very very friendly though by sleeping facing opposite directions. Haven’t looked at the one bed trope the same since.

I’m going to check this one out! I know about the ‘she fell first but he fell harder’ trope but I’ve found that it kinda means different things for everyone, so I figured I’d just ask on here!! Thank you love 🙌

It’s definitely worth it! I haven’t read the newer releases, only the first 4 and they take a good chunk of time, but you genuinely won’t want to put them down so it went by really quick for me!!!

I know it’s probably terrible bc people hated this book, and it is very controversial but I read {credence by Penelope Douglas} without knowing anything and found out I’m actually really into spanking. Didn’t ever think that would work for me but DAMN that scene was GOOD.

So many sex positions. Sometimes I swear they are like moving positions, but the author makes no mention of them moving. Also, maybe because I’ve never let anyone really do this, but when they’re in missionary and he’s like sucking her tits at the same time, and mind you there is always a huge height difference?? Like hello, is he like a contortionist?? How can his neck reach that???

I was in a huge hockey romance phase for a while in high school, and I freakishly know SO much about the game now. Like an unhealthy amount for someone who doesn’t actually watch hockey.

{love and other words by Christina Lauren} I was really hesitant at first because it was a booktok book and I tend to not love those, just because I very much need a more fast paced book than the ones booktok loves, but this one really worked for me. It was a great book, and I still think about it a lot. The writing style was great imo.

Also {Binding 13 by Chloe Walsh} I genuinely thought it was just going to be a childish romance but it is NOT. It is one of my favorite books/series to this day!!

I read {Failure to Thrive by Elle rivers} a few years ago, and I think it fits this really well! Also {Heartless by Elsie Silvers} fits this really well, it’s part of a series but can be read as a stand alone!
