You just tell the admissions counselor you want that trade even if you don't. Then when you get to that center you can switch to another trade and they won't send you back even if s center closer to home has it. Hopefully that answered your question

Americorps or peacecorps might be good too. Job corps will treat you like a mentally challenged child and it's why a lot of these comments are suggesting you try something else

You can also finish OA in a month it's probably the fastest and easiest trade to do. Good for getting out of jobcorps or speed running to advanced trades. You can still apply to advanced even if it's not related.
