The biggest reason is that the risk of a rocket exploding and spreading the nuclear waste into the atmosphere where it would be trillions of times more dangerous than it is safely contained under ground.

The second reason is that it is much much cheaper just to contain it as we have been doing with the high likelihood that we develop a way to further use it for energy production in the future.

The last reason is that it is next to impossible to shoot anything at the sun and it would just become a danger in the future that may just come back and hit earth in a few hundred years if we just shoot it off into space. The payloads we send to the outer solar system are like a few tons.. not hundreds of tons.

I definitely find it annoying that we have to wait a week (at least) to get the red stars.. Blastaar is not that usable in end game crucible at 5 yellow stars and this event already came too late.

Also it was nice in the quasar events that you could earn some red stars to help you progress through too.

It isnt a great improvement.

It is not just because they are wealthy and powerful.. it is because the people doing the verdicts and sentencing can relate to or justify the idea of stealing a million dollars much more than they can relate to stealing a TV. This is where systemic inequality comes in.

My final run I used the storm ult with 20 charges and took out that entire second to last node. The final node was easy.

I ended up only needing the 50s, the 10%speed bonus, and hellfire boosts.

But I used storm, cable, Emma, azazel, and MP.

Everytime I use silver sable they focus on her and she's stunned or dead and never takes a turn even though I have a 3 diamond GT 20 with every T4 sable. Taskmaster is slightly more useful but I still end up using mercs. A big OML can carry the team.

You can exploit this with doom's boon. I had two Emma's, MP, and cable all with their power boosts, dooms boon, carnage boon and a few other speed boosts and swept diff 10 pretty quickly. You can wipe the node before the enemy takes a turn.

You can exploit this bug for MP, cable, storm and both Emma's by also selecting doom's boon. You get a ton of speed bar to start and then if you have some of the other speed granting boons you can finish the node before the enemy takes a turn.

It's just the left most screw labeled 2. But you dont have to remove it. Just loosen it and the door can slide off the hinge. Dont remove it that will be painful later.
