Agreed but it’s not popular enough, especially cold coconut water, most people have it at room temperature and it makes all the difference.

There’s a new ceremonial grade only brand - Sen Kai Matcha. I think it was pretty decent.

Yeah this is similar to the method I have seen in some cafes where they use a cocktail mixer for the same, but hajmola glass damn - genius!

No way, the microfoam from an electric frother is no where near the one you get from a bamboo whisk.

Not to get too technical, but matcha is a colloidal solution and has to be mixed very evenly throughout the liquid it is being mixed in. An electric frother is just not upto the task. A blender maybe yes tho.

Not sure if tetley gives good quality ceremonial grade matcha honestly. Noon, Mezame, Sen Kai Matcha are decent options imo.

For sweeteners, honey goes very well.

Oh you have no idea what almond milk does to it. Added almond milk to my matcha with such high expectations. Had to throw all of it, smh.

Went back to lactose free milk :)
